Reporting improvements 

We have updated our reporting pages to allow for better connection between the reports.

Thyng Pages and Pyngs Report pages now have links to the Interactions and Conversion pages, which will filter by the options you choose.

Also, you can access the reports for Project, Page and Thyng from the "More" options button on the right-hand side. It will let you to see interaction and conversion information for your selected Project, Page or Thyng

This means you can see the number of interactions your pynger has had, and separate them to see the number of interactions via Eddystone and iBeacon.

The conversions report now also features the provider of the transaction (who the payment was processed by) and a reference (where applicable) to allow you to link to the transaction in your payment account.

There are now also export buttons at the bottom of tables so you can export your report into your required format, such as PDF, CSV or Excel spreadsheet. This will come in particularly useful when you have large tables that you want to examine and report on.

Additionally, all reports with fields like conversions and percentages have totals at the bottom of the tables to allow you to quickly summarise how your thyngs are performing and allow for quicker analysis.

Performance improvements

We have completed numerous improvements to page loading speeds throughout the system, including reports, thyng pages and dashboard. Report pages will see the most impressive load speedup, and allow you to quickly find out how your thyngs are doing!

 Google Analytics. 

You can now track your pages in your own Google Analytics Account, by providing your GA property ID while editing the page content. Any redirect pages you use using the redirect template will also have UTM parameters attached automatically so you can track offline -> online attribution and conversions on your website. 

Thyng page templates 

We have added new templates to the platform. Now companies who are not charities can have create experiences without Gift Aid declarations as well as pages for purchasing products. Charities will have both these options as well as the regular donations with Gift Aid declarations,

We have also replaced the templates in the template picker on the 'Thyngs Content' page with images so that the page will load quicker and your thyngs creation journey is even quicker.

Payments 

We will soon be rolling out the ability to accept PayPal payments to all customers on the platform. If you have had a look at the donation experience already without payment methods, you may have had a chance to try it out! Using the donation template out of the box allows you to trial Stripe card payments and PayPal using the demo details provided.

Apps 

Our apps for both Android and IOS have also been recently made available in Europe and some other countries across the world. So spread the word!

Extra 

A lot of small tweaks and changes to make your experience better!

Including simplifying some ‘Create’ pages, improving descriptions around the platform and layout adjustments.
